Inductive Proximity SensorOur Inductive Proximity Sensors can identify approaching metal products without any manual contact with the products. They are roughly categorized into different kinds in compliance with the operating principle. Therefore, we deliver them in distinctive models for different kinds of industrial and commercial applications. An elevated-frequency magnetic area is produced by the integrated coil in an oscillation circuit. When a metal approaches this area, an eddy current circulates the metal because of the electromagnetic induction. However, when a metal reaches near to the Inductive Proximity Sensor, an induction current circulation enhances that induces the load on the incorporated oscillation circuit to accelerate. Then, the oscillation process completely stops. Our sensors determine this alteration because of the amplitude identification circuit and yield a determination signal.
